This Notice acknowledges the understanding concerning the confidentiality of various information, data and documentation a client will make available to Treysta Partners, whether in oral, written or electronic form. Treysta Partners acknowledges that, during the course of an engagement, it will be provided the opportunity to review the financial statements of each client, along with such other books, records, customer lists, inventory, personnel files, equipment records, etc., ("Information"). Treysta Partners also acknowledges that the Information is a valuable asset of a client, and that certain Information is highly confidential ("Confidential Information"). Accordingly, Treysta Partners Inc. hereby warrants that its' agents, employees, other representatives and advisors, will not divulge or disclose identified Confidential Information to any third parties, nor use same for Treysta Partners' own business purposes, except as herein provided.
The employees of Treysta Partners are required to protect the confidentiality of Information and to comply with Treysta Partners established policies. They may access Information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so. Employees who violate the Treysta Partners Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary action. The collection and use of Information is limited to the services Treysta Partners is engaged to render.
It is understood and agreed that nothing contained herein shall prevent or prohibit Treysta Partners from discussing, reviewing or providing Information to in-house or outside retained professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc.) in order to obtain their assistance, guidance and professional opinions concerning said Information. All such advisors shall be apprised of this Agreement prior to being provided access to said Information. Treysta Partners may disclose Information as directed by a client, or when Treysta Partners believes (in its sole discretion) it necessary for conducting business on a client's behalf, or where disclosure is required by law.
This Privacy Policy applies to all potential, active and inactive clients; and it applies to former clients for a period of seven (7) years from the date of completion/termination of Treysta Partners services. Treysta Partners reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
