Since 1986, Carol Wasala has been responsible for all aspects of delivering results to clients. She is a results-driven Performance Improvement Expert; Operations, Strategy and Turnaround Specialist; and Process Engineer with a proven track record of excellence in delivering manufacturing solutions.

Carol draws upon more than 35 years of performance improvement success and executive, project management, engineering and operations management experience with Deloitte, Honeywell, General Electric and Harris Corporation. She received her Engineering degree from University of Rochester, her MBA in Finance, Information Systems and Decision Sciences from University of South Florida and is a CQE and CPA.
